"You working"

That's all my dear old mother text me today. 

I responded with "Ya" and that was all I heard from until an hour later I get a call from my wife. Turns out my mother had a health scare, thankfully everything is fine but still, what in the world is wrong with that woman.

CALL YOUR CHILDREN IF YOU'RE NOT FEELING RIGHT.

One of my biggest regrets in life is I forgot to tell my Dad that I loved him the last phone call I ever had with him. Call your parents, tell them you love them... Is someone cutting onions???

I did get to spend the night with my mom looking through old photo books. So that was pretty sweet. He'd be so proud of me for where I'm at today. 

This ones for you pops, I'm gonna succeed and take care of the family just like you always told me you dreamed of doing when you would've finally been able to retire.

P.S. Don't worry, Mom spent all night complaining at me about you. Over 25 years and she's still pissed. 🤣 I Love you Pops.
